      All you need to do is fill an online form on http://www.konga.com/sell. After you complete the form, you will be required to verify your phone number and email address before your registration process can be completed

    • How does delivery of customer items work on Konga Mall?
    At the moment, all customer orders that come for Mall merchants are delivered with the support of our logistics partners. After a merchant receives an order via email, the merchant is supposed to package the ordered item and drop off at the nearest logistics drop-off point or Konga pickup centres.

    • Where are the locations of Konga Mall delivery partners?

    All drop-off centers are open between 8am and 5pm on weekdays.

    • How much do I pay to the logistics company?

We advise that you offer the best customer service experience to customers as Konga will encourage customers to leave feedback on their shopping experience with Mall merchants by rating the transaction. In cases of a dispute between the customer and the seller, Konga will only step in when an amicable agreement cannot be reached between the seller and the customer on their own.

    • When will I be paid funds due to me?
    Konga makes payments out to Mall sellers for goods sold on the Konga website twice a month (every two weeks). This is typically the first week of a month and the middle of the month. Please note that these times may vary, and Konga will only payout funds for goods where delivery to the customer has been confirmed.

    • How can I keep track of my Item after shipment?
    All Mall items are currently shipped out to customers by logistic partner (for example: UPS), and can be tracked by visiting the logistic partner's website (for example:http://www.ups.com). Select the tracking tab at the top of the screen, select track by reference, then key the order number in the shipment reference box. A time log will pop up so you can follow the progress of the item till it is delivered to the customer.
